PHILADELPHIA — Sept. 8, 2025 — Invent.ai, an award-winning global retail planning solutions provider, proudly announces its Chief Revenue Officer, Tav Tepfer, has been named a winner in the 2025 Women in Supply Chain Awards by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive

Joining Tepfer on this year’s list of honorees are two valued retail partners of invent.ai: Nicole Kramer, SVP of Merchandise Planning & Operations at Famous Footwear, and Jennifer Chaffee, Senior Manager Merchandising IT at Mattress Firm. Tepfer and Kramer were recognized in the Trailblazer category for their leadership in advancing retail transformation, while Chaffee received the Workforce Innovator award for her work in leading organizational and team-level change.

“Being recognized alongside Jennifer and Nicole is a huge honor,” said Tepfer. “These awards don’t just celebrate individual contributions, they highlight the value of shared goals and strong partnerships. Together, we’re moving retail forward by bringing teams, leadership and vision into alignment powered by AI technology.”

The Women in Supply Chain Awards program honors female leaders whose contributions, mentorship and leadership are setting new standards across the global supply chain. This year’s recipients reflect the growing influence of women in shaping the future of retail—from long-range planning to day-to-day execution.

At invent.ai, Tepfer has guided the company’s growth strategy, working closely with retailers to introduce new approaches to planning and decision-making across key functions. She’s played a central role in helping companies evolve from legacy systems to more adaptive, connected workflows that support long-term workforce development.

Kramer, at Famous Footwear, was recognized for fostering strong team leadership and contributing to planning and allocation initiatives that support ongoing growth. Her Workforce Innovator award reflects her focus on people, process and building a culture that can respond to changing business demands through continuous professional development.

At Mattress Firm, Chaffee plays a key role in driving operational improvements across multiple parts of the organization. As a Trailblazer, she is recognized for leading progress across teams and systems in a fast-moving retail environment—promoting gender diversity, addressing the talent gap and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

Together, these honorees reflect a shared commitment to progress—one that is reshaping how retail organizations operate, grow and lead in today’s changing environment.

“I’ve always believed that the best ideas mean nothing without the right people behind them.", said Gurhan Kok, Founder & CEO at invent.ai. “Tav, Nicole and Jennifer are not only shaping the future of retail, they’re setting the tone for how leadership, advocacy and role models should look and feel across this industry.”
